Solus Deus Featured in Singapore Polo Club Magazine

The group Solus Deus was featured in the January 2010 publication of the Polo Club for bringing good music to the club’s members, family, visitors and staff during their Christmas light up event on 5 December 2009. It was the second time for the Seventh-day Adventist Church to be invited to participate in this joyous family occasion of the elite club and the first for the Filipino Ministry (FM). Indeed this brings good tidings of comfort and joy to the singing group and FM. Not only have they brought the message of our savior Jesus Christ to those present during the event, they also became instruments so that the Seventh-day Adventist Church will be known in Singapore and pave way for evangelism to prosper through their Ministry. “The festive spirit in the atmosphere was apparent at the Christmas Light Up held at the Polo Bar on Saturday 5 December 2009. To welcome the festive season, members and guests of the Club were entertained by the soothing sounds of Christmas caroling from the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The end of the performance marked the arrival of Santa who came with a basket of goodies much to the children’s delight. Cookies and fruit punch were werved as families gathered excitedly to greet Santa and have their pictures taken. It was indeed a memorable night for our members who met Father Christmas in the tropics!”
